Home · First visit
Your first visitAn unhurried first visit, on your terms.
New patients get extra time on purpose. Here is how it goes and what the $149 covers.
Step 01 · 15 min
Conversation
Tell us what hurts, what you've been avoiding and what you'd like to change. We take notes; you do the talking.
Step 02 · 30 min
Full exam
Digital X-rays, photos and a gum check, shown on the screen beside you as we go. Nothing happens behind your back.
Step 03 · 30 min
Cleaning
A gentle clean and polish the same day, so you leave having had treatment, not only an inspection.
Step 04 · 15 min
Written plan
Priorities, options, costs and your insurance share written down before you leave. Take it home, think it over.
New patient forms
Five minutes now saves twenty later.
Fill these in online before you arrive and your appointment starts on time. Bring your ID, your insurance card (a photo works), and a list of medications.
- Health history — conditions, medications, allergies, past dental work.
- Insurance details — so we can verify benefits before you sit down.
- Comfort preferences — anxiety, gag reflex, numbness issues, music taste.
- Records transfer — sign once and we'll request X-rays from your old office.
No. You'll leave with a written plan ranked by priority — what hurts, what will get worse, what can wait. Most patients do the urgent part first and schedule the rest over months. The plan is yours to take home.
Then you'll know the exact price before we touch a tooth. Every recommendation comes with options and costs, your insurance share, and financing choices — in writing, before you decide.
Yes. Children are welcome at your appointment, and their first check-in is free alongside a parent's visit. We have a corner with books and a chair they can test-ride.
